HOME PRACTICE WORKSHOP
Practising at home can speed our progress along the path of yoga. But the idea of being home alone on our yoga mat can be daunting. This workshop aims to help students overcome whatever barriers restrict or prevent home practice, so that it can become an integral part of daily life.
